The Collaborative Gain Councils are comprised of members who are high-level executives – CEO, CMO, Senior VP, from companies such as Apple, Google, Wells Fargo and AirBnB who are passionate about the customer experience. They help each other navigate the fast-changing digital landscape through an online private community and in real life during retreat experiences. They meet twice a year in cities such as New York, San Francisco and Chicago.
The councils are twenty-two simultaneous meetings across multiple venues for over three hundred senior level executives, including a cocktail, welcome parties and an all-councils Keynote event.
Responsibilities: Work directly with the CEO. Source, manage and negotiate all venues for the Council meetings - twenty-two individual spaces plus a general session space, catering and A/V logistics. Design attendee experience end to end. Manage and track Council production budget, arrange Keynote speaker logistics, coordinate and manage twenty-two meeting moderators, direct all design and production of printed materials required for all meetings in all venues. Develop turnkey production workflow for meetings to take place in different cities. Develop and assign roles to internal and external staff. Responsible for hiring and managing all event contractors.
