The Shorty Awards is an awards ceremony recognizing the best producers in Social Media.
We produced three annual Shorty Awards events. Our responsibilities included securing and managing the venue and all vendors, producing an after-party for three hundred attendees and managing sponsor logistics.
We obtained a presentation video from an astronaut living on the International space station. We worked with Sesame Workshop for Grover to make a stage appearance at the Awards Ceremony.
We managed the winners and finalists. We wrote copy for the Shorty Awards website, the finalist packet for the judges, and for event listings for inclusion on various event calendars.
We managed sponsors such as Livestream, Porter Novelli, Maker's Mark, The Macallan and Brooklyn Brewery.
